Western media often fabricate stories and then print and broadcast them. The poor public is lied to, misinformed, misled and manipulated.
Here's a good example. In order to portray Gadhafi as an evil dictator, Western media, in this case, Fox News, reported Gadhafi used Western journalists as human shields. The news was read and watched around the globe, including Taiwan. And people all believed that's what had happened.
But the following clip showed it was a shameless and blatant lie:
